Tickets & registration

When is registration?

Registration will be held the day BEFORE (April 17th), beginning around 12pm EST.Please arrive on this day to get set-up. On April 18th, we are hitting the ground running and you don't want to be mixed up in flight delays.

Are you doing virtual tickets?

Not at this time. We found that the immersive, live experience far outweighs the virtual experience and want attendees to get the full thing.

I live outside of the United States, do you have special pricing based on our exchange rate?

No, all tickets are in USD + Tax.

What is the Refund Policy?

No refunds available. March 4th, 2024 was the last day to get a refund (45 days before the Event).

Can I purchase a ticket onsite the day of the event?

Not this year; all tickets must be purchased in advance. By the time the event rolls around, there will be no tickets available.

Are there sponsorship opportunities for my business?

What is the Event schedule going to be?

- Registration will start on April 17th around noon and will continue until the Event starts on the 18th.

- Event will kick off around noon on April 18th and will conclude on April 20th (typically around 6 pm or so).

- Daily schedules aren’t typically published but plan on starting around 9 am and concluding later into the evening each day.

- We do reserve the right to change this schedule at any time.

Will any meals be provided with my Event ticket?

There will be some food provided at different networking events during Fund Launch LIVE, but you are typically responsible for your own meals.

Who are the speakers this year?

We will be releasing the full speaker line up as we get closer to the Event.

How many People will be at this Event?

There will be 2,000 people + my team in attendance.

Age Limitations

Is there an age limit to attend?

There is no age limit to attend. If you are under 18 years old, however, you must attend with your legal guardian.

Can I bring my baby/kids?

No, this Event is not appropriate for young children. If you have unique circumstance and you need to bring your child, please contact us at bridger@fundlaunch.com and we will consider your request.

Is there a VIP/Preferred seating area?

Yes, Black Card members & VIP attendees will have first dibs at seats, after which General Admission doors will open.

Do Black Card members get any benefits?

Yes, all Black Card members will be automatically upgraded to VIP. Just purchase your General Admission ticket first so we know you'll be there.
